1. Do you offer COD (Cash On Delivery)?

We offer COD for orders ₱300 above.

2. How about meet ups?
We do meet ups in selected areas in Dasmarinas, Cavite:

• Waltermart Dasma
• SM Dasma
• Vista Mall Dasma

Note: Every Wednesday and Saturday ONLY

3. What if I want to cancel my order?
Clissora falls under the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellation is allowed if your order has not yet been dispatched from our site.
• Cancellation is not allowed if your order has already shipped.

4. When will my orders arrive?
Orders will be processed within 1-2 days after payment received. Once dispatched, your product may take up 1-4 days within Manila and 2-7 days if Provincial to arrive depending on the location.

5. How do I track my order status?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email together with the tracking number.

6. What are your modes of payment?

Right now we are only accepting payments through Paypal, Bank Deposit (BPI), & COD (For orders ₱500 above). You can create your account under Paypal and connect your credit card for easy transactions.
