• Orders must be paid within 72 hours.
• Unsettled payments without prior advise for extensions shall be automatically cancelled.
• Orders under "Payment First" shipping method but chose Cash On Delivery as Payment Method are not applicable and shall be automatically cancelled.

Returns & Refunds
Only the following reasons will be accepted for all concerns regarding returns:

• Manufacturer's Defect - Clissora Cosmetics will shoulder shipping back and refund the order amount paid to the customer's nominated bank account.
• Incorrect Item Shipped - Clissora Cosmetics will shoulder shipping back and refund the order amount paid to the customer's nominated bank account after the return of the item, unused and in good condition.
• Out of Stock Item - Clissora Cosmetics will refund the order amount paid to the customer's nominated bank account. The in-stock items will be shipped and refunds can be made via bank deposit.

 

Important Reminder

Clissora Cosmetics is responsible to ship orders on time. However, once the package has been received by the courier, it is the customer's responsibility to track their order and follow up with the courier in case delay has occurred.

Clissora Cosmetics is not liable to courier's mishandling. We will however assist with courier follow-up in the best way we can.
